A heartfelt tribute to a bygone era and its two legendary heroines — Sophia Loren and Gina Lollobrigida — symbols of freedom and independence of the 1950s and ‘60s cross-pollination of Italian and American cinema.  The resulting energy defined the age of 'la dolce vita,' celebrating collaborative creativity, cultural and personal identity, as well as the sheer joy of cinematic storytelling.
